We are currently shipping orders on Tuesdays and Fridays.  You will receive an email from us with tracking information when your package ships.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

We offer free First Class shipping for U.S. orders over $50 for retail orders!  If you have problems with free shipping, please check out and then contact us and we will reimburse you. 

We now offer shipping with USPS, UPS or FedEx.  Package prices are based on distance and weight.  You will be able to see estimated shipping costs in your shopping cart before you check out.

Please know that USPS first class mail has no insurance, and we can not reimburse you for lost or damaged packages.  

We can not be responsible for any orders once they are shipped.  We rely on the information that is provided to us by the shipping companies, and we can not reimburse you for lost packages. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international packages, we offer shipping with USPS, UPS or FedEx. Package prices are based on distance and weight.  You will be able to see estimated shipping costs in your shopping cart before you check out.

First class international packages do not offer any tracking, and we can not give any information about the packages once they leave the US. Please know that first class mail has no insurance, and we can not reimburse you for lost or damaged packages.  

All orders over $400 must use Priority Mail.  For guaranteed delivery, you may choose to ship your package via Express Mail. 

Customers are responsible for all taxes and duties.  
We can not be responsible for any orders once they are shipped. We rely on the information that is provided to us by the shipping companies, and we can not reimburse you for lost packages. 

QUESTIONS

My shipping address was incorrect! What should I do?
Contact us as soon as possible to see if there is still time to change your address before your order has started processing. Once the package has been picked up by USPS, we do not have the ability to change shipping location.  We recommend contacting USPS' customer service and finding out what your options are.

My package was sent back to you. Can you reship it?
If your package was sent back to us, we will gladly reship the package to you. Please note, that we will require the customer to pay for the shipping cost, even if you qualified for free shipping for the first package.

I’m getting an error message when I track my package. What should I do?
Once we create your tracking number, it can take some time for the mail carrier to update the information in their systems. We suggest waiting a day and trying the number again.

The tracking information says that my USPS package was delivered, but I don't have it.  What should I do?
Please check with your postal carrier, your neighbors, or your doorman (if you have one).  Check all the possible hiding spots where your package may have left it.  If you can not find it, please try contacting USPS at (800) 222-1811 to file a lost package claim.  Unfortunately, we must rely on the tracking information provided to us, and we can not reimburse you for lost packages.  

Why can't I see any tracking information on my international package?
Packages shipped with International First Class Mail do not offer any tracking information once it leaves the US.  International packages can often take up to 3-4 weeks so please be patient.  If your package has left the US and 4 weeks have passed, please contact your local postal service for help.
